Attention all Parents and Scholars in the Classes of 2011 and 2012!
Get a head start on the college application process!
Learn what type of information is important to list, how to list it and what elements make up a strong personal statement. This series of comprehensive workshops will help you build a portfolio, identify your strengths, increase knowledge of the college application process and narrow your college search. Identification of scholarships and various financial programs will be presented. Weekly presentations will by conducted by representatives from the University of California (UC), California State University (CSU), Historically Black Colleges (HBCU), Private and/or Independent school representatives.
Time: Sundays, 3:00 – 6:00 PM

Cost: $100.00 CAAP Membership + $300.00 Administrative fee for Workshop Series = $400.00 (total fees)

Please bring transcripts, test scores, honors/awards, class schedule, draft of personal statement, pen and/or pencil, and list of prospective schools that you plan to apply to.
